Sr. Project Manager – Construction

HCO Infra is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to independently lead and deliver premium residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring excellence at every stage.

 

Location:

Hubballi (Project sites in Hubballi and Dharwad)

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) – Mandatory
• MBA (Preferred) with Specialization in Project or Construction Management

 

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in constructing multi-storeyed apartments, hospitals, and commercial complexes.
• Must have worked with a leading corporate real estate group.
• Should be capable of building and leading an independent project team.
• Preferred age: Around 35 to 55 years.

 

Role Overview:

• We are looking for a highly driven Project Manager to lead key construction projects in Hubballi and Dharwad.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up a core project team, independently handling project execution, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction projects from start to finish.
• Form and manage a dedicated in-house project team.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Maintain high-quality construction standards and ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.
• Regular reporting to management with project updates and risk assessments.
