Founder, R.S.Hulkoti
Established in 1986, formerly known as R.S.Hulkoti, renamed as HCO Infrastructure in 2011. Originally based in Mumbai from 1986 to 1989, the company shifted its operations to Karnataka. Its founder began his journey by working at Nirda Techno Cast Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai, before deciding to start his own venture. Graduating from college in 1984, he initially engaged in some part-time business ventures with his father. In 1986, his father retired, and he took the step towards establishing his own startup, aiming to create livelihoods and make a meaningful impact.
